WAY2BIT, which operates Play2Bit, will merge with Friends Games, an affiliate of the Kakao Group, to become Friends Games on July 1, 2021, in order to strengthen platform competitiveness based on leading capabilities of content market.

According to the merger, operating company of Play2Bit will be changed to Friends Games from July 1, 2021.

All rights and obligations including personal information belonging to WAY2BIT will be transferred to Friends Games, so that you can use the Play2Bit service in the same way as before without any inconvenience in using the service.

Friends Games will use your personal information only to the extent previously agreed upon, and will ensure safe management in compliance with relevant laws, such as the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 and 「 Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc」.

• If you do not want to transfer your personal information, you can apply for membership cancellation(unsubscribing) on the Play2Bit website.
